Mr. Gamboa has been a practicing financial advisor for nearly twenty years and has exclusively devoted his

companies. Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Gamboa served as a Senior Consultant for the Financial Planning
Department of Dean Witter Reynolds. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Humboldt State University,
and has performed extensive work toward his MBA in Financial Services and Taxation at Golden Gate University.

Chris Moscone- Moscone, Emblidge & Quadra
Chris Moscone focuses on assisting clients in obtaining governmental contracts and governmental approval for
development projects. Mr. Moscone is a registered lobbyist and frequently represents clients in matters before
governmental regulatory bodies, and with high ranking government officials. Mr. Moscone has extensive political
contacts both locally and throughout California. Prior to forming Moscone, Emblidge & Quadra, Mr. Moscone was a
deputy city attorney with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office for over 4 years. An experienced litigator,
Mr. Moscone has represented clients in state and federal court, and has extensive experience in class actions
alleging unfair business practices and other wrongdoing by large corporations and institutions. He has also
represented businesses and individuals in cases involving contract disputes, employment matters, intellectual
property disputes and premises liability and other tort issues. Mr. Moscone is a member of the San Francisco
Superior Court’s early settlement program. Mr. Moscone is a native San Franciscan who attended St. Ignatius High
School and is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Rich Robbins is the founder of Wareham Property Development. With more than 4 million square feet of space in its
portfolio, Wareham Development has been committed to the economic and environmental growth of the technology corridor
between the Bay and Richmond-San Rafael Bridges in the East Bay for over 20 years. Bay Area-based Wareham Development
completed its twenty-fifth year in business by going against the grain of the current regional real estate downturn.
The San Rafael-based company developed 650,000 sq. ft. of commercial and multi-family properties, executed 38
commercial leases, representing over 300,000 square feet, and created new office and biotech space in Berkeley and
Richmond, CA during 2003. As an award winning developer of scalable office space, the company has also demonstrated
a street-smart expansion strategy, growing its portfolio to more than 4 million sq. ft. in the Bay Area. Wareham
