Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Gamboa served as a Senior Consultant for the Financial Planning Department of Dean Witter Reynolds. Chris Moscone focuses on assisting clients in obtaining governmental contracts and governmental approval for development projects.

Mr. Moscone is a registered lobbyist and frequently represents clients in matters before governmental regulatory bodies, and with high ranking government officials.

Mr. Moscone has extensive political contacts both locally and throughout California.

Prior to forming Moscone, Emblidge & Quadra, Mr. Moscone was a deputy city attorney with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office for over 4 years.

An experienced litigator, Mr. Moscone has represented clients in state and federal court, and has extensive experience in class actions alleging unfair business practices and other wrongdoing by large corporations and institutions.

He has also represented businesses and individuals in cases involving contract disputes, employment matters, intellectual property disputes and premises liability and other tort issues.

Mr. Moscone is a member of the San Francisco Superior Court’s early settlement program.

Mr. Moscone is a native San Franciscan who attended St. Ignatius High School and is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law.
